All counselors will:
* Counsel groups and individual students.
* Make referrals to appropriate community resources
* Coordinate testing programs--Plan, WESTEST, PSAT, Writing Assessment, and SAT.
* Schedule students
* Maintain student records, interpret test results and compute GPA's for graduation honors.
* Update the individual student transition plans for grades 11, 12, and post-graduate years.
* Explore career opportunities
* Coordinate college entrance process for students.
* Distribute college entrance test information and preparation materials.
* Assist students in applying for financial aid in college
* Provide informational parent meetings.
* Ninth grade homeroom--mentors.
* Senior exit interviews
