• Publisher
• Author's Qualifications (if given)

2. Second paragraph should contain the following:

• Purpose of the article or presentation
• Type of audience it is intended for

3. Third paragraph should contain the following:

• Thesis (topic) sentence indicating general nature of the article or presentation
• Content summary listing important discoveries, facts, etc.
  •    At least five points

4. Last paragraph should contain the following:

• Anything considered especially interesting in the presentation
• Evaluation of the effectiveness of the presentation
• Personal response or reaction
