Capital High School
Capital High Mentors

The Capital High School Ninth Grade Mentoring Program was designed to help make the middle school to high school transition for ninth graders easier. The program is headed by Mr. Robert Starks, and it consists of students from the tenth, eleventh and twelfth grades who have showed excellence in academics, citizenship and leadership, as well as being well trusted and respected among their peers. The student mentors of the program act to help familiarize ninth graders with the policies and expectations of the school, act as peer mediators, encourage school spirit, help with needed tutoring and act as role models for the younger individuals.

If you have any questions, or wish to receive more information about the Mentor Program, please contact Mr. Starks in room 154. .
