CHS 2010 T-Shirt Design Competition
Students at Capital High School have a unique opportunity to submit their original T-shirt design for a new CHS T-shirt that will be printed and sold as a fundraiser this spring for the Football Boosters.
Coach Carpenter, along with the Mrs. Denise Green, sports marketing teacher, will conduct the design competition. Each student wishing to submit an entry must complete an entry form, which may be obtained from Mrs. Green in Rm 144. In addition to completing the form, each entrant must acquire a sponsor to pay the $3 entry fee which is required to enter the competition. This can be a friend, a teacher, parent/guardian, a business, etc.
All entries must be submitted to Mrs. Green in room 144 by February 26, 2010. All submissions must follow the competition guidelines. Entries that do not meet requirements are subject to be excluded from the competition. There will be no entry fee refunds. The judging will take place during the following week and a winner will be selected by a panel of judges assembled by the football coaches.
The winner of the competition will receive a free T-shirt with his/her new design and a cash Prize of $30.

Competition Rules:
- Only current
- Each entry must be the original work of the entrant. Copyright infringement will not be tolerated, and will automatically disqualify the entry.
- All art work and logos must preserve the integrity of the students and staff and the school in general . Inappropriate work will be disqualified.
- Entries must be submitted on 8 ½” X 11” white paper.
- A monochromatic scheme will be used on the screen(white/blue or gray shirt, with only one color of ink printed.
- Any medium will be accepted. (Pencil, pen, chalk, paint, marker, and computer generated, etc.)
- Maximum of two entries per person. (Each entry will require a $3 sponsorship)
- Do not write your name anywhere on the entry. Each entry will be given a number to secure anonymity.
